Speed control does NOT work. I cannot get the worm screw to align with the gear. (see pic #3) If it is snug, the turntable will not turn. If it is a little off, the gears spin wildly fast and unwind in about a second. I have adjusted the side screws and fiddled with it but I cannot make it work. Any advice?
